About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Business Development professional with experience in LT Panel sales or related electrical manufacturing industries. The candidate should have prior exposure to selling electrical panels and handling clients from industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or EPC sectors. Candidates having experience with panel manufacturing companies, electrical contractors, EPC companies, or switchgear industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for LT Panels and electrical solutions.  
• Develop relationships with industries, contractors, consultants, builders, OEMs, and EPC companies.  
• Handle enquiry generation, proposal submission, quotation follow-ups, and order closures.  
• Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with design/technical teams.  
• Conduct regular client visits and project follow-ups.  
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. 
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.  
• Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline updates.  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 
• 2 to 4 years of experience in LT Panel sales, electrical panel manufacturing, switchgear industry, or related sectors.  
• Strong understanding of electrical panels and industrial sales processes.  
• Good communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.  
• Ability to understand technical specifications and commercial requirements.  
• Knowledge of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems preferred.
• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
