Identify and develop new business opportunities in Government and Infrastructure sectors.
Expand the company's business by securing new projects in Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage TreatmentPlants (STP), Pumping Stations, and Infrastructure Projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Government departments, consultants, EPC contractors, and keydecision-makers.
Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects, business opportunities, and competitor activities.
Participate in client meetings, pre-bid meetings, and business presentations to generate new business
Government Tendering
Identify and track Government tenders through GeM and other e-procurement portals.
Analyze tender documents and evaluate technical and commercial requirements.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents within the specified timelines.
Manage the complete tendering process from opportunity identification to bid submission.
Ensure compliance with tender specifications, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
Proposal Management
Coordinate with the Engineering and Estimation teams to prepare accurate technical and commercialproposals.
Maintain records of tenders, client interactions, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
Stay updated with Government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and e-tendering procedures
Preferred Candidate Profile
5 - 10 Years of overall experience
Minimum 3–5 Years of hands-on experience in Government Tendering and BD is mandatory.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Government tendering processes and documentation.
Hands-on experience with GeM and other Government e-Procurement portals.
Experience in preparing Technical and Commercial Bid documents.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
