Role Overview:
The Contract Management Executive will play a key role in supporting the Business Development team by
managing commercial contracts, reviewing tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements,
and facilitating timely documentation and payment collection. The candidate will be a vital link between
customer acquisition and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender & RFP Analysis: Review and interpret RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents to identify key
commercial, legal, and financial terms. Flag critical risks and suggest mitigation strategies to internal
stakeholders.
Contract Drafting, coordination & Finalization: Support in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing
contracts including LoIs, LoAs, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and NDAs. Ensure that final contracts
reflect agreed commercial terms and align with company interests.
Milestone & Payment Tracking: Track payment terms, billing milestones, BGs (PBG/ABG), and
insurance obligations. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely invoicing and
collections.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain an organized repository of contracts, amendments, and
approvals. Ensure all documentation complies with internal control standards and client expectations.
Client Coordination: Act as a point of contact for contract-related clarifications, client documentation
needs, and payment follow-ups. Ensure smooth communication and alignment between BD, finance,
legal, and execution teams.
Internal Handover & Risk Management: Facilitate post-award project handovers by providing concise
summaries of contract obligations and risks to execution and commercial teams
