• Prepare gear, props, sets, and materials per brief and checklist; verify functionality, backups, and readiness before call-time.
• Execute on-site setup, assists, and tear-down efficiently while safeguarding equipment and assets
2. Production Execution
• Assist in the coordination and smooth execution of photoshoots, video shoots, and agency events.
• Track and monitor production timelines, milestones, and budgets; raise early flags on risks or delays.
3. Logistics, Inventory & Asset Management
• Track and manage production inventory, ensuring all assets are accounted for and in good working condition.
• Support logistics, including pick-up and drop-off of equipment, props, and other shoot essentials.
4. Equipment and inventory
• Track and maintain inventory of equipment, accessories, and props; log check-in/out, damages, and maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure storage is organized and labeled for quick retrieval and accurate handovers to editors, designers, and archivists.
5. Collaboration & Communication
• Liaise with creative and client teams to clarify tasks and resolve minor roadblocks.
• Communicate status updates promptly, reporting issues or delays to the Production Head/Manager.
6. Support & Record Keeping
• Maintain accurate production schedules and update trackers as needed.
• Participate in process improvements by sharing insights and suggesting workflow optimizations.
• Support vendor coordination when required and document key work for accountability
